Julie Halverson

As Director of Business Development and co-founder of SD3 Corporation in 2001, Julie Halverson is typically the first point of contact for SD3 clients and the face of the organization. Throughout her career, Julie has diligently built relationships across diverse market segments and business sectors throughout the Chicago area.

Julie broke into market development for Robert Half International, the world's largest specialized staffing firm. Long hours and her instinct to understand customer needs and create solutions resulted in numerous company awards, including membership in the Chairman's Club and the President's Club. Julie took an opportunity to get involved with IT consulting sales at BALR Corporation, hired by Tom Overholt. After two years there, Julie led the entire BALR sales team in new business cultivation.

Julie has come a long way since mixing cocktails at Oscar's in Elmhurst, Illinois, in the ‘90s. A native of Elmhurst, Julie worked full-time while attending Elmhurst College, earning her Bachelor's Degree in Communications. She’s as all business with her love for outdoors as she is in the halls of SD3. In her free time, if she’s not golfing, gardening or exercising, she is lake-bound in her favorite boat. Like the rest of SD3’s leadership team, Julie is also active in community charitable endeavors, include Ronald McDonald House Charities.
