I just wanted to let you know what a great contribution Roger has made to our group. His analytical and programming skills are excellent. With those he has improved all of our various group's processing times and stability and added at least two processes for the Fraud group. On top of his technical skills he is always professional, courteous, and funny. I realize he is an independent contractor billing through you, but wanted to let you know that he is a valuable asset.

I would like to acknowledge Roger for all the support he's doing for the ACM group. Every month, I send Roger the Unbundled Rate table (UARD) cd from Wiltel. He converts this from dmp file into miscellaneous Access tables and Excel table and saves them into a share drive. Without his help, I would not be able to do the Wiltel unbundled usage validation. I know that this is not part of his normal job but he does this graciously and on a timely manner. He's very courteous and professional in his business dealings. What he does is over and beyond his call of duty and would like to bring this to your attention. Appreciate all his time and efforts. Roger….thank you very much for all your help!

I just wanted to send you a quick note and tell you how wonderful our FTP process is working. We love it! It has made our Portfolio Sale process better. We have basically cut out at least 1 full day on the front end and 1 full day on the back end of each sale. It is wonderful and I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!!!!! You are always so helpful and accommodating – thank you for everything!!!!!!!!!!
