I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the research Julie Cess did before she and Julie met with me last week. I don't know if she got it all from the website (I hardly ever look at it, so I'm not sure what's out there), but she knew quite a bit about the different business units and even that the mail order pharmacies save clients money by allowing them to triple up refills on a single co-pay. That's one of their big selling points.

I have been extremely pleased with your responsiveness and the quality of SD3's work. The two big things we've worked on together were the development of the reports (consolidated and regional) and the reconciliation (when the monthly CDR analysis done by my region was inconsistent with the report). In both cases, I felt supported by experts. I wish SD3 worked with us on all of our billing systems.

He recently implemented some new reports the better allows the Fraud team to identify business subscription and PBX hacking Fraud. This is a very big thing for them.

The forward-thinkers at SD3 developed an app enabling chiefs, residents and nurses to securely send and receive images and/or messages.
