Just wanted to let you know that I spoke with Mike today. He couldn't say enough about the work that SD3 has done. Said that everything has had a positive response and anything that has gone wrong hasn't been from what SD3 has done but we have jumped in to help fix. He will definitely keep using SD3.

Mary has been an extreme pleasure to work with. She is a diligent, effective resource who has contributed greatly to this project.

While you were away this past week, Dave was a great help to us. He stepped in where you would have if you were here. He stayed late on Monday to kick off the process to identify the re-rate records. He then arrived early on Tuesday morning to pull data for the finance team to review to validate that this is what we want to do. He then stayed late on Tuesday night to start the actual re rate process. We did not get the approval to re-rate until 6:30 P.M. Tuesday night. I am glad Dave Is on our team and Just wanted you to know about his efforts.

You have done a fantastic job. We really appreciate your long hours and expertise in helping us get these adjustments out.
